Hi there, I have a six month old baby boy whom I adore. I had an emergency c section after wanting to give birth naturally and then I had a post partum hemorrhage an hour later which required another emergency surgery during which time they did a hysterectomy. I am still going for trauma councelling and do feel alot better, but I just dont' feel as if I have given birth to my child.

Shame, i really feel for you. I also had feelings of not giving birth after my ceasars, and still feel like that 3 years later. And my experience doesnt seem nearly as traumatic as yours. One thing i keep telling myself is that i didnt find my babies under a cabage leaf so i therefore did give birth. it doesnt always make me feel better, but sometimes it does.
