Not coping and Need Help Empty
PostSubject: Not coping and Need Help   Not coping and Need Help EmptyMon Feb 01, 2010 11:49 am

Hi
I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and I am not coping at all!
I cry all the time and seem to focus on really material things. I feel trapped and feel like I cant talk to anyone as they all tell you that you should be happy.

I know I should see someone but I dont know who and I cant ask cause they all tell me to get over myself!
My husband is trying to help but I find it easier to cope if I just push him away.

I need help I feel sick most of the time and I feel guilty all the time cause I know I must be hurting my baby with being upset the whole time, I even feel guilty now typing this cause I have swo much to be greatful for but I am so unhappy

Please some one help me - I dont want to feel like this

Hi there

I'm so sorry that you are feeling so desperate, but please know that this is not your fault and that you did nothing to cause you to feel the way you do.

Won't you make contact with us on our helpline 082 882 0072 or at our office 021 7974498 (mornings only) so we can put you in contact with someone near you, who can help you. You can get help for how you are feeling and you definately don't need to go through this on your own.

Look forward to hearing from you.
