My baby was born on the 2nd of November and I can't stop crying. I don't know why? My husband is great and helps where and when he can - but it still feels so overwhelming. What must I do? Please help!

Hi there

Just read your post and wanted to ask you to please go onto our website and do the pnd checklist. It will give you a fairly good idea whether you are possibly suffering from PND. If you are concerend please call us on our helpline 082 882 0072 (8:30am to 5pm) or office no 021 797 4498 (mornings only). We can then refer you to a PND specialist in your area.

You are not alone. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
